Temachlor 40

描述

One component high build paint, based on chlorinated rubber.

产品特性

A finishing coat for chlorinated rubber systems. Recommended for surfaces exposed to marine or industrial climates and mild chemical attack. Can be used as a vapour barrier coating for concrete surfaces. VTT´s (Technical Research Centre of Finland) report available.

Bridges, cranes, conveyors, harbour equipment and tank exteriors.

Drying and recoating times are related to the film thickness, temperature, the relative humidity of the air and ventilation. NB. Excessive film thickness prolongs the drying time.

使用说明

施工条件

All surfaces must be dry. The temperature of the ambient air and surface should not fall below -10 ºC during application or drying. Relative humidity should not exceed 85 %. The surface temperature of the steel should remain at least 3 ºC above the dew point.

准备

Primed surfaces: Oil, grease, salt and dirt are removed from the surface by appropriate means. Repair any damage to the primer coat. Note the overcoating time of primer. (ISO 12944-4)

TEMANYL MS PRIMER, TEMASIL 90, TEMAZINC 77, TEMAZINC 88 and TEMAZINC 99.

涂刷

By airless spray or brush. Mix the paint thoroughly before use. Depending on the application method the paint can be thinned 0 - 10 %. Airless spray nozzle tip 0.013" - 0.019", spray angle shall be chosen according to the shape of the object.

工具清洗

Thinner 1006 or Thinner 1053.

EU VOC 2004/42/EC-限值

The Volatile Organic Compounds amount to 560 g/litre of paint.
VOC content of the paint (thinned 10 % by volume) is 595 g/l of paint.
