A physically drying, one component semigloss acrylic based topcoat.

使用说明

施工条件

All surfaces must be dry. The temperature of the ambient air, surface or paint should not fall below - 5 ºC during application and drying. Relative humidity should not exceed 85 %. The surface temperature of the steel should remain at least 3 ºC above the dew point.

准备

Primed surfaces: Oil, grease, salt and dirt are removed from the surface by appropriate means. Repair any damage to the primer coat. Note the overcoating time of primer. (ISO 12944-4)

涂刷

By airless spray or brush. Mix the paint thoroughly before use. Depending on the application method the paint can be thinned 0 - 15 %. Airless spray nozzle tip 0.013" - 0.019" and pressure 120 -180 bar. Spray angle shall be chosen according to the shape of the object.

工具清洗

Thinner 1006 or Thinner 1053.

EU VOC 2004/42/EC-限值

The Volatile Organic Compounds amount is 540 g/litre of paint.
VOC of the paint (thinned 15 % by volume) is 590 g/l.
